On your next walk you can play with the colors of your environment as a reminder to let go. The picture here is that of my morning jog. Today, it inspires me to shed some of my tensions just as the trees shed their leaves.
Feeling my joints move I pick yellow for my knees, green for my ankles, brown for my hips and all of it for all of me. The yellows remind me to send my knees forward, the greens to free my ankles, the browns to connect to the depth and space of my hip-joints as they roll, away from my knees. And the whole scenery brings me back to the whole of me. All together, one after the other.
